A. First we have to collect your requirements:

B. Define the technical issues:
- What screen resolution to use as default (800X600 is popular as is 100%)
- What colour depth -influenced by graphic issues (216 is the safe colour palette)
- Browser / Platform (Internet Explorer vs. Netscape and IBM clone vs. Mac)
- Java scripting permitted?
- Adobe Acrobat documents required for downloading?
- Any other issues (audio, video, Flash, animated gif...)
C. Collect Content
