Technical Support
Our new division devoted to helping end the frustrations of home users is now mobile! We can come to your home and fix most problems on the spot or we will come and pickup your computer.

The advantages to you include:
  • You know exactly how long we worked on your computer
  • You can watch and learn our tricks
  • You can demonstrate the problem(s)
  • We can train you on the spot (i.e., "What is a firewall?")
  • We physically clean the computer during each visit
The most common support calls we get include:

Costs

  • First Hour $49.95
  • Additional $34.95
  • Reinstall System $89.95
  • Install hardware $10 each
      1. Purchasing
We can give you up to the minute advice (both personal and internet links) on just about any hardware known to the Microsoft Windows environment. Printers, hard drives, scanners, digital cameras, PDA's...
In the software department we have more than our share of apps and can assist with most purchasing packages. Where we stay away is accounting packages - for that, go ask your accountant what he uses and buy the same one! It will save you a bundle in the long run.

Freeware and shareware - We can show you some great solutions at significantly reduced prices (some are free!) Remember WinZip?

      2. Installation
If its another 128 megs of RAM or a DVD drive for Windows XP or 98SE, we can help you out.

Similarily, if you want to get Microsoft Office or Norton Anti-Virus working properly we can do it - either at your place or ours!

      3. Cleaning Out Virus/Trojan Horses and other pests
Nasty business and its getting worse all the time: Spyware, adware, virus attacks, email spamming, Kazaa all need to be dealt with completely or they simply keep coming back. Call us for a complete cleaning.

      4. Networks
If its simply hooking up a DSL router to share the internet in your house, or a small business five node print and file server or the 30 node Token Ring scenario, the Guild can get you up and running. And setting up the hardware is the easy part. Getting the printers to talk, applications to run and other nuances of lans can all be handled by the Guild.

      5. Software Support
While we are a firm believer in learning how to do things by trial and error, twenty minutes of unproductive work is frustrating. Not only can the Guild offer the immediate answer, we also conduct training in 1 to 1 or small group settings.

      6. Car Graphics
Andesigns took my initial design, enhanced it, tweaked it, and then installed the finished product. You can shop around but if anyone is more knowledgeable, helpful or has a better quote than Mark Bacon (email Mark) choose them.
Did I mention they were very competative in their quote?
