| | Who is Paul Bean?Overview | |
| | One description would be; A computer oriented "Jack-of-All-Trades" with a psychology degree, that still claims to be a bit of a jock .
A former manager used the following description:
In depth expertise in marketing tools (internet, multimedia, graphic design) reference libraries, training systems and graphic art projects serving both small and corporate businesses in the KW area. Respected by colleagues for creativity, design, computer acumen/skills and at orchestrating a concept to successful implementation. A dynamic leader who moulds his style to the project requirements. Results oriented, self-starter with a strong focus on the value of a project to the end user. One who works well independently or as a team player. Effective self learner who maximizes the use of technology to enhance a wide variety of multimedia projects.
| | History | |
| | Paul Bean is a local Waterloo brat who originally was born in Galt and started his toddler years in Hespler. With a few moves between the GTA and KW, he finally graduated from Waterloo Collegiate. Next came a one year stop at the University of Windsor to discover that Human Kinetics was not the right career training (that or the water?).
A transfer to the University of Waterloo psychology program, including being accepted into the initial Psych Co-op program, ended with a degree in psychology and a year of CIAU basketball with Coach McCrae.
A five year stint with Juvenile Delinquents (now Young Offenders) followed graduation, a year at Tremco and then a 13 year career at Manulife Financial.
What Else?
Being half of the proud parents of three active kids, we have also coached about 40 teams in soccer, hockey, ringette and basketball at house league and rep levels.

| Differences | |
| | What makes our projects different from anyone else's? It's our commitment to over deliver and incorporate the "Wow!" factor. Every client has an idea of what they want based on their experiences. We take these blueprints and expand them with our knowledge and provide solutions beyond their expectations.
How?
The prime focus of any project is keeping your audience's attention. Design and usability are the keys, but humour, eye catching graphics, and just the right amount of entertainment has been a successful formula.
Depending upon the project there are different strategies, each summarized below:
- Presentations tend to be similar, especially in PowerPoint, which tend to bore the audiences. We use a professional package that can incorporate music, animation, voice overs and more to ensure the audience remains attentive throughout your message. If you need to make an impact, we can guarantee you'll be noticed and remembered.
- On the web we follow the philosophy of Jakob Nielsen (aka, "The Smartest Man on the Internet"). Usability and clean design are the two keys to successful web design. While some sites dictate the need for music and Flash movies, most business sites need to provide info asap!
- Graphic Design is conducted from a psychological perspective. A unique twist from the pure artistic venture many competitors use. Colour, imagery, font selection, et al, are woven together to reflect your company's personality.
- We believe that when it comes to Training Systems and online Help, our systems are peerless. From conception to completion we can build bilingual solutions that work.
