There are two categories of training systems; Online Help and the more traditional 'multimedia' style. In general terms we focus on creating Just in Time systems that are non-linear.
Manulife Financial - Training Camps

This fully interactive training tool used a baseball motif, computer animation and Jeff Hutcheson's (of Canada AM fame) voice for an enjoyable nonlinear series of courses.

The first image is taken from the introductory section while the second illustrates the onscreen help for using the Training Camp's navigational controls.

Another feature built into our training is full control of the audio - separate volume levels for the narrator and music - including mute options!.

Group Life and Health
With the launch of their new telephone inquiry system, GL&H wanted to give their customers an opportunity to see it demonstrated first.
On-line Help Systems

Using Blue Sky Software's RoboHelp Help authoring tool we have created help systems in a variety of ways. The most common help is F1:Help for Window based applications. We pioneered migrating reference manuals to help in order to use its powerful search functionality, annotating and easy updating (vs. binders).

The illustrations to the left illustrate unique use of graphics, menus and pop-ups. The illustration below is a standard trick of creating an Index for all help systems. Our Help is not boring!
